After finishing the membership cancellation process, keep an eye out for a confirmation email sent to the email on file when you created your account. If a confirmation email is not received, please contact our support team to stop further billing.

If you have received a confirmation email after cancelling your membership, there should be no further charges billed to you. You have access to your membership for the remaining subscription term you already paid. If you have received a bill in error, please contact our customer service department so we can fix the issue for you.

Cancel your membership when you are ready. Retain access to your account for the rest of the subscritption term you already paid. You will not be billed any further.
